We came home to a power outage yesterday. I immediately reported it. MEC sent a repair crew out. The crew are Rock Stars in my book! They located the problem and worked until our power was restored! Great service guys! Much appreciated!

Excellent service. MEC has always contacted us when a scheduled repair is necessary. Office personnel are great. A big Thank you to the Linemen, who regardless of the weather get the job done, standing on hooks is backbreaking.

If I could give them 0 stars I would!!! This is by far THE WORST utility company I have ever done business with. They provide absolutely treacherous "customer service". AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF POSSIBLE!!!!!
