The car we rented from Budget was fairly priced. The staff at the Missoula airport where we picked up the car were efficient and friendly. We arrived early and our car wasn't ready, but the staff told us to go to the hotel and relax and they would call us when the car became available. And they did! About 4 days later, the rental car experienced engine trouble. The owner's manual said to stop driving it and seek service. This was a Sunday afternoon. We called the Budget roadside assistance number and a very nice lady helped us. We were over two hours away from another Budget rental car location. She arranged for a tow truck to pick up the replacement car and drive it to us. It then towed off the defective car. What could have been a nightmare turned into just a few hours of inconvenience. I would happily rent from Budget again.

Easy to pickup the vehicle. Gave me a larger suv than i asked for which worked out perfect. Easy drop off.

Terrible experience. We rented a Subaru Outback and received a Buick Encore. The Buick has no space at all for luggage. The 2 vehicles are not even close in size. We had to pay for a $150 upgrade to hold our luggage. How is this fair?

I was very satisfied with my Budget rental at the Missoula, MT airport location. The pickup process was easy and quick. They had my paperwork and keys ready and waiting at the Budget desk. Christine was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely rent from Budget again…and especially in Missoula.
