Took my old phone without ever applying the trade in credit then charged me full price for my new phone without applying the promotion for the phone with no way of correcting the issue because the promotion can't be applied EVEN AFTER THEY MADE THE MISTAKE.

This one is a Corporate location. Not a Franchise.

Does this store have a phone number? The number on Google seems to be a Verizon customer support number and I have a question for the store directly hence the reason I tried calling the store and NOT the customer support line.

Caldwell verizon employees are slow and lazy and they send you to customer service..call the one in nampa by ihop..

Wanting to talk with a person concerning what plan will fit my needs. The web isn't much help to me. Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just show up at the store on Caldwell Blvd?

You can just show up but appointments are encouraged. You can schedule through the contact us on the app. Masks are required for entry.
