My tablet had to be replaced by the manufacturer (LG) because it was a hardware issue and in the one year warranty. If it has been damaged or out of manufacturers warranty then you contact the insurance carrier either by phone or I prefer to file the claim online. If your original purchase was directly with AT&T they will give you info. If it was through a retailer call them or refer to your purchase docs or your cc statement charges on the acct you use for monthly billing will also give you a clue at least, possibly even a phone number. One of these methods will work. Keep Smiling!
