Took my rescue Tibetan Mastiff in for grooming, her under coat was so tight they ended up having to shave her. They did a great job and even recommend a medical shampoo and spray to help with some of the spots she had been biting at. We have only had her 3 months, and since she has gotten back she is much happier and running around like a 3yr old should be. Before we took her in she wasn't very active, now we can't stop her. 😂 I can't thank them enough. We will definitely be taking her back. I would highly recommend them.

My last groomer sold her business. Thought I would look for a groomer closer to home. I wanted her old coat trimmed back and any stickers removed. She looks so small and cute. Loved the place.

I have never been so upset or angry with a groomer before. We took our Newfie in for a trim, bath and nail trim. When my husband picked him up he was completely shaven, no bath, and no nail trim. We told them specifically to trim his thick coat, NOT shave him. Any professional groomer should know you DO NOT SHAVE a Newfie and the dangers of causing rashes and burns because of it. When my husband brought him home, we made sure this dog knew the same tricks just to make sure he was really our dog. I will never trust this place or recommend them to anyone.
