I normally go to a different CVS location, but a medication I needed was out of stock. Monroe st was the only location that had it. I got right through on the phone and the lady was very pleasant. She said my prescription would be ready in 15-20 minutes. It took me about an hour before I finally got there but the medication was ready. Upon arrival there were two cars ahead of us. We were in and out in five minutes. The lady at the window was also very pleasant. I was afraid I was going to run into a headache after reading the reviews, but to my surprise everything from beginning to end went great. Most of the poor reviews are complaints of long wait times and no one answering the phone, but I noticed most of those reviews were from the last couple years during the COVID pandemic, and EVERYWHERE was short staffed.

I don’t understand why this pharmacy has such horrible reviews. The staff was helpful and detailed over the phone when placing my prescription, quick and helpful at the store picking up and paying for my prescription, and the general store was clean and the cashiers were nice and helpful when having to unlock some items for purchase.

Waited for over a hour in the drive thru line, to finally get to the window, for the rude attendant to let me know they are now closed for lunch! There should have been some kind of warning, or cut off so people like me, and everyone that wrapped around the building waiting, wouldn't have to waste time! Moved all my business to Kroger!

You can't even get your prescription filled. No one answers the phone and now you can't even go in the store as a walk in to get your meds, instead you have to wait in the drive through with a line wrapped around the building and down the street! This should be illegal!!
