I don’t personally rent here, but a friend of mine is having such a hard time with the management that I started looking around their webpage to try and get some answers, and the pictures they show to advertise are NOT AT ALL how my friends apt looks. It’s laughable. Manchester Flats it’s shameful what you’re doing to people. Horrible horrible ethics.

When I first moved in everything was smooth now with the constant changes with management everything is really unacceptable at all cost. On top of that management doesn’t return calls nor emails in a timely manner . Why is nobody available to answer the phone in the leasing office? Why is my power constantly going out randomly ? Now it’s my water that’s going out and my stove doesn’t ignite all time . On top of that I always pay up on time and everything really just frustrated with the company to be honest. I don’t understand why some form of honesty can not be shared with us residents.

Maintenance entered apartment without notice for a non-emergency. I feel very unsafe in my home and that my privacy was violated.

For what you’re getting, the rent is kind of pricey. We immediately had issues with pipes leaking when we moved in, both in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink. A few months ago, I noticed the ceiling in the bathroom was dripping water …Hi Sophia, I'm glad your maintenance issues were addressed quickly!
