I ordered breakfast off Doordash today, and had the worst experience. I placed an order around 9:40 am, and by - 10:30, still nothing. I reached out to them, and said 'they were too busy to make it'. They blamed the D.D. system that had no pushed it through and it's already too late since it's past their breakfast hours (10:35). Doordash customer service actually said they received the order- they just had not made it yet. So why lie in the first place? I asked Chik fil A if I can just get a substitute sandwich (equivalent price)- they declined. So I asked - what's my option, just cancel? And they said pretty much. At this point, it was already an hour past my order time. I was surprised at the level of customer service since it's usually top notch. Oh well, won't be ordering from here any time soon. I would avoid deliveries from this place at all cost.
