Unhappy w/ my hair color. Got a full highlight and a haircut. Nothing like what i wanted and despite going back to correct my hair color, she dyed it back black again for me. Ended up wasting my time and money for no change. Supposedly she had 20 years of experience!!!!

Decent Ulta store. The only things that bothers me at this store is that the lack of stocking that gets done. Just yesterday there were two customers waiting in line, only to then ask the cashier where an item is and can they check the back for me. Especially in the Morphe and Elf sections. And sometimes I wish the staff would smile more!

Had a full highlight low light with Tempe for the first time having gone to her. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that. Look forward for my next appointment! She’s excellent at what she does highly recommend her.
