They don’t pick up the phone office open M to F but Closed everyday no one’s working. Worst service ever.

Quiet, the maintenance is superb. Neighbors are respectful and I have a lot of packages delivered and they are never tampered with.

Best apartments in town have lived here for over 12 years. Property is clean, maintenance is excellent and management attentive. It is hard to get into because low income and people love it here.

Apartments are first come first serve.. Give me a break... Tell me how that works when both parents work full time...such a joke. At first the manager was super friendly and helpful but after calling and emailing a few times to know if there were any news on a up coming unit her attitude quickly changed to rude and unprofessional. Between her actually being in the office and my work schedule I missed out a few times.

We do except the housing choice voucher. We currently do not have a wait list, we are first come first serve.

Are these apartments subsidized? Based on income? Do they have washer and dryer hookups in the apartments? Are there any 3 or 4 bedrooms?

We have 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes only. Washer and dryer hookups. We are a LIHTC property so our rent is set not adjusted to your income.
