Bad, like really bad, nonexistent customer service. Will not EVEN ANSWER THEIR OWN PHONE kinda bad. I had a simple request: just a refill on my dog's medication. I had asked for them to write me a script, so I do not have to drive all over town to get these filled. No refills on the script. I run out of medication for the dog. My pharmacist cant get through, I try calling, I cant get through. After attempts for over 2 hours, someone actually picks up. Somehow this is my fault for some reason?? (I'm not sure how THAT works) She tells me they will call me back, and surprise, surprise, that never happens. It has been about 2 months of this, cannot get them on the phone, and when you finally do, nothing, I mean NOTHING gets accomplished. All this, plus I get a constant barrage of spam from them in my inbox. I'm done. I've had it . I'm not some male "Karen", I don't make demands, I just want some meds for my dog. She still needs meds, when I show up in person tomorrow morning, this better get resolved. Then I am done with this dump, At least Sterling Point answers the damn phone!

Was able to make an appointment quickly for my 2 bunnies (did a nail trim only) and the staff was extremely friendly and nice. Took very good care of my girls and was in and out quickly. Would go back.
