First off this is a mainstream big box haircut place so I know I am not gonna get the best or even great haircut. The following things are consistent about this place and this is good: Customer service, interface, speed, positive interactions. Today specifically highlighted the negatives. This is not a barbershop, so if you are a man you will probably not receive a good, or even decent fade. I asked for a 0 on the sides, to a 3 on top with a low fade. I sat down, the lady cut a quick piece, then stepped back and reiterated (I had already stated I wanted a 0 on the side, 3 on top, low fade, and that is what I have consistently gotten when I go here). The lady said "You want a 0 on the side, and a 3 on top, low fade?" I said yes. She then asked me what she I wanted her to do with the rest of the hair. I was super confused. I have never had anyone ask me how to fade my hair. I should have gotten up and left, but I didn't. I looked at her and asked if she wanted to move the fade up, and seemed ok with that (I get it, not everyone is good at fading hair). Even with giving me a mid fade, she didn't fade my hair. It clearly has a line and is not faded. I will be going next week to a barber in a different city who I know can fade. TLDR: Everything but the chop is good at this place. If you are a man and want a decent fade go to a barbershop. I will not be going here anymore, I have learned my lesson.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
