James and Doug were very nice and polite. They didn’t rush and with some help from my neighbor, Jim; we were able to get the couch out. Job well done!

Scheduled a pick up of some furniture. Called and hit the date and time frame they would be here. The showed up on time and with a smile! Matthew and Chris were friendly and loaded the furniture quickly and efficiently! I will definitely use them in the future. Thank YOU Matthew & Curtis!!

Had a positive experience donating items. Jacob and George were prompt on arrival and did a good job picking up the items on time and shared additional info on how else we could contribute.

We donated furniture after my mother-in-law passed. Matt and Curtis were very respectful and professional while removing the furniture from her memory care room. Can't say enough about how great this organization is.

The best way to determine how much one-time sponsorship of a family for furniture will cost, is to call 614-545-3834 to talk to a Furniture Bank staff member.
Were to get referrals
Hi Carol, Benita is correct in her answer. You can find out more about the referral process at https://furniturebankcoh.org/need-furniture/
Breathing association
I have received a TV but they couldn't vouch for its working ability. Thank God it worked when I got it home. But that is not always the case.
Wow sorry to here that sir
They just don't want someone donating junk that is not really working just to get it picked up or a write off I am sure! They help a lot of family's in need and I hope that will not deter anyone from donating as long as it is in decent condition that are happy to pick it up and it is going to someone that is truly in need 100% free and I like that it will not be sold
Sometimes they have a dryer , but there is no guarantees for that ,

Ask you case manager. They can help you.
You need a referral for example social worker
You can call impact they can help but be careful . They only guarantee against bedbugs 72 hours. I didn't sit on my couch for a week and got bit. Now I am paying for it to be done. Impact also gives you the most points to use
You need a caseworker or someone who sponsors you to get a referral
Yes they do. The kids can still play their games on them.
If you contact them and let them know what you have they should be able to tell you if they're interested.
Your caseworker has to send a referral and go over the items you need with the furniture bank before you go in to pick out the items.
They accept anything that will go to help someone in need. They may or may not take the mattress but I got used ones from them myself so I'm sure they may inspect it before removal and sanitize it on it in their building but they will take it all if your wanting it gone.
The agency i work for sends people there every week, and I have never seen bed bugs and my clients never gotten bed bugs. I was there today
Southeast, jobs and family, and possibly JOIN can help. Check them out.
