The two star rating is for their lack of customer service when dealing with a cancellation issue. A class was purchased and then had to be cancelled due to time frame issues related to job requirements. The cancellation was requested the very next day after the class was purchased. I clicked on the link that is provided to show my son how to get to the modules, as well as, to show him how many modules there were for the class so he could plan for completion. None of the modules were ever opened or started. They stated they could not refund because the modules had been started, even after explaining the situation. After a few more correspondences, they did refund $50 of the $75 paid. I still ended up losing $25 for no reason. Given the fact that the cancellation happened the very next day, and the in person training was not for a week after that, a full refund should have been issued. I have taken this class myself previously and was very impressed with both the online and in person portions of the training.
