I wanted to draw attention to the inappropriate behavior (Cody store manager) and Tucker. They treated a customer that had been with AT&T for 27+ years. If you add their time together with AT&T does not even equal the time this customer has with AT&T. On 9/22/22, Cody and Tucker where very rude and unprofessional with this customer which is bringing negative impression about this store this sort of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope necessary steps will be taken to ensure that it doesn’t happen again.

Unprofessional, rude, & unhelpful too put it lightly. I am completely dissatisfied & disappointed. Especially at the sales rep Tucker and the manager Cody. They were rude to my mother & added several items to her plan without permission. Once confronted, they removed the items and refused to elaborate at all. I will never come back & am telling everyone I know. Horrible, I am amazed people like this can even be employed in customer service. The worst of it all, was that they were just plain rude. I fully intend on complaining to corporate.

Samsung and ATT have come a looooong way. It was a surreal visit. Free new phone, will order my preferred color and ship to my house and both men were patient with an older lady's technical ignorance.

This particular store (Cedar/Shepherd) I picked because my friend goes there and told me they are always so helpful. I originally stopped by to update my auto payment because I got a new debit card and I asked about better speeds on the internet, next thing I know I'm ordering fiber after being explained all the pros about it vs what I had. Then they mentioned the TV part of it because I had Dish network and I pay an excessive amount for it, so I got the TV program. Before I left I was having issues with Verizon and my Dad's phone being turned off for having a credit of $131.38... They over heard me frustrated with Verizon and showed me the AT&T cell phone plans and because they were so awesome with everything else I not only switched my family's 4 phones but added my dad to my plan also. I went to 2 other Verizon stores that day just to fix one issue and never got any resolution then still had to be transferred to 4 different agents. Dealing with AT&T and Your team at that store is one of the best experiences I've ever had. Thank you for hiring the good ones!!
