My family used EverDry Waterproofing many, many years ago to repair our basement. They did a wonderful and professional job and our basement has been good ever since. Fast forward to a few months ago. We had water coming in our basement after some heavy rains. We have a service warranty with them. They came out quickly after we contacted them about this. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. He found no problem in the basement itself. He thought it could be a clogged outside drain. He was right on the money. He checked one of the drain pipes leading to the street and discovered that was the problem. He worked tirelessly to get the drain flowing again. The whole time, he was friendly and considerate. Problem Solved!!! I highly recommend EverDry for their knowledge, friendliness, timely response and professionalism.

We bought our house with an existing everdry system in the basement and transferred the warranty and the process was seamless. They’ve been super responsive and came out very quickly when we had an issue (failed sump pump component, they fixed it on the spot). One of the things I really appreciate about their warranty program is that there is no call out fee for services.
