The gentleman who helped me check out faster and get everything I needed for my job, the first time, no need for a returned item or to get a forgotten item was "Ben". He didn't try to hard sell me on anything I didn't need, just knew what I needed based on what little info I offered and ensured I was grabbing the right stuff. I built a shower pan out of Schluter Kerdi with Ben's help and it went in like a Lego model kit! Thank you Ben! I will never go to another store for anything Floor & Decor can offer first!
