Lived here almost 6 years now, no maintenance whatsoever, other tenants causing serious parking problems, owner is a slum lord !!! I consider it ghetto !!! Trying to get out of here !

In response rent questions we pay $600 with utilities. Not a bag spot. Has some issues with aging infrastructure.
