I was told to arrive at 2:45pm for my 3:00pm appointment. At 3:25pm I went to the desk and asked “how much longer?” They texted the dr. And she said another 20 minutes. The appointment before me was late. So I left. Where is the respect for my time? Obviously it is not one of your concerns. If I can be on time, why can’t you? No one bothered to say come later we’re running behind. They just let me sit. I had to do the asking.

Usually I leave good reviews, however, not this time. Neurosurgeon PAs are absolutely horrible with responding to messages and retaliate/abuse their position through shorting prescriptions once called out on being unprofessional. There's one PA in particular that obnoxiously laughs at the most inappropriate times.

I have been here twice for Iron infusions, first time they were running behind I spend 4 hours, one waiting, one getting ready and 2 with medication. Second tume I arrive 15 minutes before my appointment, and 30 after my schedule I was still waiting, people goin in and out and I was still sittting. No even om the main hospital is this type of waiting for a simple treatment. Completely dissatisfied with this location.
