Easy to reach and friendly front desk. First time home owner and Victor came out for a tank inspection. He was very helpful in explaining all the things to know about owning a tank and service options. He also made a repair to the stove for us (we had a flame that would only go full blast and he was able to tone it back to normal). Above and beyond for just an inspection!

Rip off... We just dont have a choice. Worst billing system ever. They don't send confirmation email of your payment. We always get 2 separate bills in one month...

The ladies at the front desk are very rude. My family and I have gotten behind because of unforeseen circumstances. And asked to make payments of $100 a week. And was told that was fine. And that it was set up. The next week I played $100 and they still came out and turned off the gas and told me I had to pay the whole bill and $50 reconnect fee. I explained that I have a 1 year old in the house. My car broke down and I haven't been able to get to work, and that I work out of town and I was told I could make payments. They are very inconsiderate of my circumstances. And said I can call back when I can pa . I work very hard to provide for my family. I'm not a bum. We have just hit some hard times and could use a leg up. Really considering switching gas companies.
