The beginning was fine. However, communication was poor. We were under impression we were getting a loan through one bank and the loan was through another bank and we weren't told about what the interest was till upon. Reading the documents for ourselves. As wellwe said no to the warranty. Twice. They said it was included. And it was an extra charge to the loan. Will most likely not do business here again.

I would assume someone with the first or last name Lindsey 😆. I would contact the general manager like any issue with a large company. Its not a mom and pop shop where the owner is working the counter... good luck with your issues

Yes take it to the Honda Service, I have a 2017 Honda CRV, about a month later my car was doing the same thing. they picked it up for me and did a diagnostic test kept it over night gave me a rental. When I went back to get my car they told me to turn everything off when i park it for the day. I turn off the air, lights, and radio. They also recharged the battery. Sometime in a new car after sitting for so long this happens according to the mechanic I haven't had anymore problems.
Yes you can add the Gps maps. and internet to your car after purchasing. the car. i do not know how much it cost
All you have to do is call them and ask. They do have specials like that from time to time.
