It's a DSW, good shoes for a good price

I came to pick up shoes I bought; the sales representative gave me unwrapped pair with signs of wear. I was surprised. I asked if the pair were used or if they gave me the "shelf" pair, which everyone tried. They answered PROBABLY YES. Very disappointed with the services in Fresno store. They just told me I am responsible for contacting customer service for an exchange; no assistance was offered.
