We love the notification emails that are sent when our selected transportation leaves the warehouse and when they arrive at their coordinated destination. The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The dispatch person hung up on me. So extremely rude. And when I was supposed to be picked up at a certain time they told me they wouldn’t pick me up for an hour and a half late.
