I tried to send flowers as a surprise and they sent an entirely different arrangement without even contacting me. Trying to get the issue resolved has been ridiculously insane and full of empty promises, even from the manager Lisa. Beyond unprofessional and a severe lack of concern for their customers. They are quick to blame everyone else, and do not take responsibility for people ordering from the website. It is not worth ordering through them at all.
