On the way to the hospital. The ambulance hits a bump and the grnie folds in half. Get here and I hurt in my lower spine now.. I get dropped in the lobby can hardly walk and being told to walk down the hall. I did as much as it hurts and asked for a wheelchair. I am now on the floor in tears scared no one looked my way down want to help me

I came in 12/13/21 was seen by registration, the Drs and was in surgery in one hour. I cannot express how I feel about this team. From registration, to Dr G in the ER to Dr Smith and her team for doing my surgery!! THANK YALL SO MUCH!!! XO

Not really sure. I'd get the number for the ER & try that. It might get you to the check-in desk. But, UMC is really hard to call & get someone to answer
