Absolutely ZERO compassion or concern. During my last appointment I was asked did I bring my own MRI even tho the previous appointment I signed all paperwork for them to have it faxed to them along with all of my medical records. The staff is lazy, rude and unprofessional. After the doctor said “I can’t do anything for you, you need surgery”, he immediately followed it with, “let’s schedule you for another appointment”. Why? If you can’t do anything for me you aren’t going to have me drive 2 hours again for nothing. This is an insurance thing. The staff is the most unprofessional and Dr. Kaufman is very rude and unconcerned for the patients.

Yes, and Dr. Kaufman at the N.O. office is really a good Dr. Very easy to talk to.
