This was my last time coming here. The no chip was terrible. My nail tech missed multiple steps normally included in a manicure and then painted all over my cuticles and applied a lumpy clear gel coat with bubbles. The images are are after I tried cleaning it up and peeled the gel polish off my skin. Every time I’ve come here my no chip has been $35 and it was $45 my most recent time (for just a basic gel no chip). I also had an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes. I decided to go else where and have it re-done.

just got my nails done her and i fr have never been to a better salon the guy doing my nails was so funny and everyone there are just super nice it’s so clean and i’m obsessed with these nails!

I had the amazing Michael do my nails and I’m never disappointed in this place! I had a bad set from a previous place and they completely made my new ones a MILLION times better :) in love with my new nails!!!

This is the last time I ever come to do my nails here. I came in for a pedicure and French tip dip. I told them this from the moment I walked in. First of all, I’m guessing the girl who did my toes was new because she didn’t seem that experienced and didn’t do that great of a job. I could have done the same thing at my house. I had already told her to fix somethings so I didn’t want to be too hard of a critic and keep going although I’ve never had many problems doing my nails, I’m not that picky. Second, after I finish my bad pedicure I’m thinking my dip will make me happier, customers walk in and she tells me all of a sudden it’s going to be 30 minutes wait to do my hands! I said I wish you would have told me from the beginning and she said she didn’t know I wanted French because it’s hard and not anyone can do it even though she had just walked over and asked me “you want to do French right?” But okay, then after I say I don’t have time she goes to have a conversation and comes back to tell me 10 minutes. I wait a little more than 10 minutes and at this point I don’t have much time left and am not in the mood to even finish. I tell them I’m going to go and want to pay, when I go pay for a basic pedicure that is 33 dollars.. she tells me my total is 38 for “callus removal” are you kidding! That’s crazy, I tell her I didn’t hear or understand you saying this she said you said yes and continues to take that amount of money. The smallest bill she gave me back was a 10! Guessing so she can get a bigger tip, I had to ask for change. I still gave her a 5$ tip, no idea why to be honest. But over all Bad service and bad job, would never recommend this place again.
