I would like to thank the people at East Jefferson Imaging. From start to finish the staff was professional, very helpful and caring . My husband does not do well with Mri's and the staff understood and took their time and made him feel at ease. The ladies at the front desk greeted you with a smile and are eager to help. I have to call out one person by name, Miss LaCisha Scott, she was wonderful. When we thanked her for all her efforts she simply smiled and said "that's my job" . We told her no that she went above and beyond her job . She was eager to help and so kind. Thank you LaCisha and all of East Jefferson Imaging. We will highly recommend East Jefferson Imaging !

This is the slowest lab on earth! Called to get hours and perhaps make an appointment for simple blood work. I was told the hours and also that they don’t make appointments for blood work. So, I arrived early — and waited. I inquired only to learn that those with appointments (for other services) are seen first before “walk ins”. A simple solution might be to make appointments for all services??? This happens every time I’ve come here. But, this will be my last visit.
