I never stayed here. I’ve tried to contact the “invisible” leasing office 3 times and only get a random person who doesn’t schedule showings. I’ve heard many stories from other people who experienced the same thing. Im convinced the only people who live here are people who signed blind leases without ever touring the property. Not interested in staying at a place where I can’t get in touch with the leasing office.

This place is a SCAM. Do not I repeat DO NOT work with them. Dianne is rude , clueless , and unprofessional, will not try to help accommodate you in any way. She is actually useless. Application was never approved nor have I received any email about my application but want to hold me administration fee. Been trying to call (finally get an answer and was told they will call back NEVER did) , send message (received an email stating they received my message) weeks gone by and nothing. Communication from them is an absolutely nightmare and when addressed of course they act clueless like that don’t know how to do their job. Absolutely frustrated with this apartment complex and I’m so happy to not be living there. NEXT TIME BE CLEAR WITH YOU FINE PRINT IDIOTS.
