Went to the Burger King located in Calumer Park, Illinois (12701 S. Ashland) for the Special $5.00 meal that was announced on TV and also was in their drive thru, the lady told me my total was 6.60, I asked why when it states in the board five dollars, she stated it was a misprint and that it was six dollars , I advised her that it was false advertising and if the sign says five it should be five dollars. She stated it $6.60 and did I want it, I took a picture and told her no thank you.called the corporate number and they stated, the store will contact you, for what I asked, she stated to resolve this issue. What a joke, I’ll stay @ Wendy’s no false advertisement there.

The internet said the closed at midnight then when I get there there is a home made sign on the drive thru speaker saying they close at 10

The Girls there tonight were very rude my husband and I paid $24 for our meal and the entire meal was cold. This was my first time there and this was the worst experience imaginable. And when I asked the girl to cook my fries over she had an entire attitude about it. And complained of the receipt machine being down, so we didn't even get a receipt. This was the worst experience imaginable I will never go back to this burger king again. The Employees have no value for their work and they have terrible customer service.

Upon arrival, the staff is very friendly but the food was terrible, the spicy chicken sandwich was too crispy ( burned ), the Impossible Whopper was leathery and difficult to eat from the " burger " to the bun. I was not expecting fine dining but the trays were greasy, the tables were dirty, and the bathroom was unkempt, it was certainly disappointing seeing as how it was not busy and they were well staffed. Being a vegetarian, I have not been to Burger King in 12 or 13 years and I was really excited to try the Impossible Whopper but I left extremely disappointed, in both the Whopper and my reintroduction to Burger King 😢.
