If you are booking this hotel off of a third party site, and they say this hotel offer breakfast save your money because they DO NOT!!! They also do not offer late checkout. They have ppl on the property sleeping in there cars all day and night. When you come inside the hotel they have slot machines on the main floor and any body off the street can come in and play. Very unsafe, especially if you are traveling with a child. Keep your eye open and watch your surroundings. The room was ok, I read the reviews after the fact and I was not able to get a refund due to the purchase of a non-refundable purchase, but so far I did not see any bed bugs in my room (304). My refrigerator made noise all day and night long. They do not come in and make your bed up daily, you have to call the front desk so they can bring more towels for your room. This hotel need to be remodeled bad, and they need to have just the guest who is staying on the property to be able to only play on those machines down in the lobby, just for your own security and safety.

1. Bed sheets weren’t clean, was itchy to sleep. Next day I asked for fresh sheets, which they provided. 2. Free breakfast was mentioned in their website, but there was no breakfast at the hotel. When asked, the front desk told something about they are discussing it with the county! 3. Overall promises was not clean, dustbin outside lift was overflowing, lifts were stinky etc.,

room 329. had bed bugs. they did nothing about it. no refund. no new room . even though we wouldn't have wanted another room. they probably got bed bugs in every room. I hope this post goes viral and really hurts thier business. what else can I do. we checked in at 1am and left around 5. didn't go straight in we went for food and ended up being gone for 2 hours. we were only in the room for 2 hours before we discovered the bed bugs. I got got a video of it. but it didn't help me get my money back. I will try to get a lawyer if its worth it.

Positive: early check in Negative: Dirty rooms, dangling and broken light fixtures, dangling shower rod couldn¿t hold the curtain closed, loud bathroom ventilator. Bullet hole in my window. Had to vacuum my room because the rug was filthy.
