I’m disappointed to say I’ve been very displeased with this nail shop lately and that’s why I’ve stopped getting my nails done here so often. 😔 I used to love this place so much and it was always my go-to shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5 years and I always tip well. Today I was unhappy with my nails; I even asked if they could be fixed and the lady laughed at me and I was told it was too late for it to be fixed. My nails were about $70 and that’s a lot of money to be wasted. I left the shop very upset, my friend’s nails were powder and the powder didn’t even cover her whole nail. Even the lady next to my friend was complaining about her nails too. I’m happy that this business has upgraded over the past few years but the quality and customer service is going down. The past few times I’ve spent money here, I’ve left with disappointing nails and my feelings hurt. I’ve witnessed you guys dealing with rude customers all the time but I’m always nice and respectful when I come in. Never disappointed with my eyebrows when I get them done here though.

Lee nails lounge is very professional and perform quality service. I've never been unsatisfied before I walked out the door. I also like that it doesn't smell of heavy nail supplies or acrylic when you walk in.
