They took great care of Diamond when she went into labor. They are definitely the go-to for all your precious pet needs❣️

Brought my 3 year old cat for a check up and attempted to follow up about anxiety meds for him and did so for a week with NO call back despite my multiple attempts. Dr. Susie was nice, but the the office staff is seriously lacking.

Unbeatable prices and service. You don't meet many vets anymore that are truly passionate about animals, most lose their interest over time.. This team goes above and beyond . You can tell they truly care.

I began taking my 4 dachshunds to Azalea Lakes in 2005, spending hours in the clinic along with literally thousands of dollars. My last doxie passed on in 2020, and I just recently adopted a rescue dog. The point is, over the course of 15 years, vet staff gets to know a client, so I know that these people recognize me as a former client. I always had a good experience with ALVC, until recently when I brought my new dog in for an initial appointment. Long story short: I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. There were people and dogs at the front desk, so I sat down on an inside bench with my dog, who was a bit hyperactive, and calmed her down as best I could. There were 4 people at the reception desk: 3 behind and one on a computer at the end. Not a one of them greeted me, asked if they could be of help, or bothered to say a single word to me. I sat there, watching people who came in after me being assisted and taken back to see a vet. After sitting there for 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, with no acknowledgment of my presence nor any indication that the vet was behind schedule and would see me asap, I took my dog and left. I have never had issues with the actual vet care my dogs received there, but I do have grave reservations about a business that employs office staff who apparently don't care if each client is helped or not and who look past you as if you are invisible. Having health problems myself, I don't have a lot of energy to spare, and the entire situation was only made worse and more stressful by indifferent receptionists who wasted both my time and my energy. I expect to be looking for another vet service that will not treat a former client in such a shoddy manner.

Yes. We do see rabbits. An exam fee is $58. If you would like an exam you can call for an appointment.
No it is closed
Yes they are. They do take those animals as well. We have a squirrel that they have seen and treated.
Yes, but not all the the doctors do. You must have an appointment for birds to be sure we can accommodate your needs.
