I had a girls day with my daughter and niece at the Metairie location. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I had Jeanine, my daughter had Shannon and my niece had Tiffany for our massages. We plan to go back soon for longer massages and facials. Thanks.

Went to Earthsavers Metairie accidentally for a 10:20 appointment that was for the Uptown location. The Metairie location called Uptown to make them aware I was there for 10:20 but went to the wrong location. I showed up at 10:50 Uptown in the storming rain, only to be told they will make note I went to the wrong location. I STILL HAD TO PAY $60 for a massage I never got!! WHY NOTE in the computer that I went to the wrong location?? Obviously they don’t care if you accidentally go to the wrong location. You will pay for the service anyway without even an offer to reschedule. Awful. Not showing up is one thing, but accidentally going to another location…come on! Will never go there again.
