Nothing redeeming about this place. The lady at the counter was rude and absolutely hate her job/life. Asked for just ketchup on kids burgers and they completely drowned it in ketchup. 0/10

When I was a kid my parents worked as security for Tony Sargatus at Tony's Drive Thru, right next door to Lou's Burger's. I was very saddened to see that Tony's is gone but it made me feel better seeing that Lou's is still going strong.

Must wear mask while on premises and indoor dining closed. These are things that everyone knows by now without having to post.

Kept calling today and Simone picked phone up and hung it up immediately. This happened bout 6 times before I gave up and decided to go somewhere else. I was going to call my order in. Their loss on business today
