Kept calling today and Simone picked phone up and hung it up immediately. This happened bout 6 times before I gave up and decided to go somewhere else. I was going to call my order in. Their loss on business today

I have called in orders and just drove up to pick up orders and I've never had a problem Lou's burgers are the best

Yesterday the same thing happened to me. no one picked up the phone except the recorder that tells you not to leave a message. So I thought I would drive over there sure enough everything is closed down. You would think they'd put that on the recorder. We too have been there since I was a little kid and there's just something about that delicious sausage and onions on that hamburger love them
