Not worth the time. When something is wrong and you point it out it doesn't get fixed. Calling to ask questions gets you no where. Corporate doesn't care either.

Overall..this is a VERY Great store! Love the customer service! Great hard workers! Great prices and new finds! 👌 🙂 Also...love love the new remodeling! Everyone's always so friendly and happy to help..and excellent wait times. Never had a problem. Best place to shop at. Twice now I have been to this location to shop and had an issue with customer service. Once was just waiting to get checked out during stocking. Was ignored at checkout for 20 minutes. Eventually I yelled for some help and got checked out. The second time I had already completed my purchase and waiting for change. The cashier said to the manager that she needed ones. The manager came over pulled out 200$ in ones and started to count the pile. I said excuse me I’m kind of in a hurry could I please have the three ones I’m due so I can leave. She ignored me continued counting the whole stack then looked up at me with a nasty look on her face and said what rudely. I replied never mind if you didn’t hear me, it doesn’t matter. Could I have my ones so I can leave. She replied. Patience is a virtue. Again rudely and handed the cashier the ones. Then headed out front for a cigarette. The cashier finally was able to get me my three ones and I left saying to her in a hurry, patience has nothing to do with it. The dump where I’m trying to make it to closes the same time ether way. So folks here is the kickers. The manager saying what and then saying patience is a virtue....Let’s trans late....Let’s see if I can get him to repeat him self. That didn’t work. Let’s tell him I heard him the whole time and just acted like I didn’t.... Wow that’s not someone who should be a manager. This is how I think it should have gone down. The manager should have handed the cashier the three ones first thing that way the customer is happy and out the door. Should have been obvious. I mean the customer isn’t getting paid to stand around and wait for you to count. You are. One other obvious thing. You should treat the customer properly. Your Dollar General. I can literally buy everything in your store somewhere else. If customer’s leave feeling mistreated. They will go elsewhere. Then that location won’t make money. Then they will have to shut down. The only two real things Dollar General had going for it was being a shorter drive and quicker shopping. Apparently not there. But hey don’t take my word for it. I invite you to go and have a bad experience for yourself.
