Customer service reps are very professional, compassionate, empathetic, and very kind. They have never made me feel different or out of place when I was a little late paying my bill. They are always very understanding.

Honestly if I can give them less than 1 star I would. My kitchen outlets were perfect before moving in. They came in with inexperienced people and installed the outlet wrong which affected all of the outlets in my kitchen. My stove cannot turn on. I understand every review out there has their fair share of negative reviews. But with my heart and soul, please stay away from this company

Massena Electric's maintenance folks rock! This morning they were changing out transformer parts along SH 131. A very polite member of the team informed me before hand that our power would be out for about 15 minutes. Well, it was only about 5. Really appreciate their professionalism

Yes, but you will need their address or acct. number. Also, keep in mind, they will only accept cash or money order, or checks, they WILL NOT accept debit cards.
