The Manager challenged me to a physical fight because I made a comment about lack of upfront pricing. The guy went out of his way to undo the work he did, just to make life difficult on me and "teach me a lesson" about complaining, even when I told him I'd just pay for it and not to undo the work. I'd be embarrassed to have this man working for me.
