I called the store and spoke to Rebecca she was very helpful. My husband had a tool that broke and we had a warranty but it was unclear. She didn’t know the answer but she made sure she asked a manager. At this point it was a half hour before closing and I told her my husband would be there in about 15 mins. When my husband arrived Rebecca and her manager Mike Crean helped him. The manager went above and beyond!!!! Made sure he had his tool for work even if it went passed closing!! Those 2 employees are an asset to Lowes and they give a perfect example of what customer service should be!! These days reviews are usually left for negative experiences so I wanted to make sure they get a review that is deserved!!

Went there today because my 1/2 in Kobalt Impact drill kept loosing torque at work. Sometimes cutting completely off. As an automotive technician at Kia, I need my drill to work all the time. Kobalt is an amazing brand as well as the fuel series which is basically premium cobalt. Super dope tools 🛠️. That’s not the reason why I am writing this review however, I’m writing because the people that work at Lowe’s are even better than their products, and that speaks volumes. Shout out to the manager Matthew as well as Lowe’s specialist Rebecca. They both went above and beyond to make my needs feel met as well as providing me an excellent tool to get my job done, with a piece of mind at work. They also made the warranty process painless. 💯 out of 10!
