I recently had outpatient surgery on 9/20/22. All of the staff from beginning to the end of this process provided exceptional care from intake, to pre-op, to surgery, and recovery. Everyone was personable, compassionate, encouraging and extremely reassuring which was exactly what I needed. I was impressed with the level of professionalism and all of the positive interactions in spite of the busy work environment. This exceptional level of care helped to ease my anxiety about the anticipated surgery and recovery from this procedure. I would highly recommend MMH outpatient surgery to anyone in need as I was. Couldn't be more appreciative for the care I received. This staff is awesome! Dennis

Spoke with 6 different people who could tell me NOTHING about the status of my family member in surgery and honestly very little patient care. The staff members were also rude to my family member and myself. Would not recommend.

It was 9/21/22 10:30 pm when I came to the ER. I am sitting in the ER at 1:48pm and not one Dr nor a nurse has said a word to me!! This is disgusting and this hospital treats certain people like they don’t matter or exist! Only reason I haven’t left is because I really need to be seen

Let me tell you I would never bring my sick cat to Manchester hospital! What a horrible hospital! My mother-in-law was in there last week. And the nurses on that floor were absolutely horrendous! Especially the night nurses. She was on the East wing they need a lot more training and an eye to keep on them. My mother-in-law had to use the bathroom and she asked help for toilet paper and that nurse told her to pull her pants up and use her pad! Let me tell you nurses these are not animals these are human beings! I would hope to God that your mother would never be treated the way you treated my mother-in-law! This hospital should be under review and if anybody donates to this hospital you should be ashamed of yourself
