Some people are lucky enough to work with tvcca. We work long hours an come home beat or early before the buses. That's how you qualify for the ride share program. Rude, phones hung up, 20-45 min wait when told that the pick up time was planned in the shift report. Driver's questioning topics that's not there's forward. I just worked or going in this effects my mood life ECT. Even how I start the shift or make it home for bedtime with the kids. The fact it's state money they don't care know you will wait. I myself among other friends and love ones come across this. Where people who state approved to feel greatful to come an ask for help. Not be downed. Call in 4 hours before your shift. Call at the end of your shift. No stops Home..... Where my friends and loved ones are hoping for a safe hassle free ride. Not asked why do you qualify for this. I'm the one they asked that too

WORST SERVICE EVER! I'm given them 2 starts because the operator who took my order was the only good part of the service, I think his name was James or something was nice and kind but the driver was the worst I ever seen in my life, totally impolite, rude, didn't help me with the luggage at all, he didn't even open or close the door, I had a hard time trying to close the door, like 5 minutes trying and he didn't even acknowledge that,and he never even try to get out the car and help, never seen something like this, the taxi was dirty, stinky and he was totally impolite. I will call tomorrow and complaint also!

Exceedingly rude in some cases. The last driver I had told me to never call them again. He was an hour late picking me up for a medical appointment. I had called yet again to see if he was on his way. Some of the drivers are great. I never know who I am getting. I am never rude, so I don't understand why I am treated as if my money doesn't matter.

The mobile app was working fine for me until now...its saying there's an update that needs to be made, but I have not found ANYTHING that allows you to update it?? Hoping to be pointed in the right direction...TIA!
