My family and I have lived here for over a year and one lease renewal. The office management I've had nothing but super positive experiences. They're wonderful and very personable. Tia, Robin and Rose are always willing to work with us. We've had some odd situations that were always worked out for the better. I strongly recommend looking into them. I cannot begin to say enough about the folks over at Kings Gate. Tia in particular provided not just the best leasing experience of my life, but quite possible the very best service experience I've had ever. That in and of itself says a lot. It's immediately apparent that she actually, truly cares about the people she's renting to, and she will go to bat for you in any way she can. And by all indications, Robyn and Rose are no different. I'm beyond happy that I chose Kings Gate! If you get a chance you should do the same.

It's been years since we left King's Gate to come back to Korea. Whenever my wife and I find places with wonderful scenery it reminds us the days when we stayed at King's Gate West, which is lovely and peaceful with kind neighborhood.
