HOW DO I SET UP MY VOICE MAIL? I have had this number for 15 years with voice mail.. Now it says it is not set up?

If you call 611 and follow the voice prompts, there should be a voice prompt telling you how to set up your voice mail. If not, there should be a voice prompt that offers help with voice mail. If all this fails, then go to an a t & t store and they can help you.
