Wouldn’t recommend it. The admissions lady Anne Marie is fake and puts on a good show. She swears that this is an amazing place and that your loved one with get the cared they need but she’s just about her job and the money. Don't fall for it. My mother stayed here for a month and obtained a blood clot in her lungs and she had to fall in the bathroom to actually get taken serious and taken to the hospital. She would’ve died in her sleep there if she hadn’t fallen. They kept making excuses and never took accountability for it. That was the part that hurt me the most. There are only a few genuine workers like Sean, Orlando, Rae, Lauren, and the carribean lady nurse that starts with an L. I’m sure there’re a few I’m forgetting but for the most part, this place is no good. Unless you’re just looking for a quick spot to dump someone. The therapy is below average. Just a fake environment and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not a good facility at all! Let me start out by saying it’s dirty, the Admissions Director is pushy! She wanted me to leave a google review after my relative was just admitted! Staff very annoyed to do anything for you like you’re bothering them, with the exception of a young man w braids who was always friendly and helpful. Dr Williams was very good with returning calls and discussing my relatives healthcare and concerns. However no one on staff bothered to consult any of my relatives doctors after being discharged from the hospital. In addition their lack of experience, and or just reluctant care prompted my relative to be admitted into the hospital immediately after four days of being there by his Cardiologist. I would not and do not recommend this place and will never send any of my relatives or myself to this facility!

My mother is in this place now. I have absolutely no respect for the social worker in there this lady blames everything wrong on my mother. They gave us her phone number for her room and none of us could contact my mother it turned hot that that the number was for the second phone which was in the other side of the room. So nobody got to talk to mom ontiil I figured out what was going on . so my mother was thinking that her own family didn't care about her when in fact they gave us the wrong info .when I confronted them they flat out blamed my mother. I thought the place was dirty and they don't care about there patients. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture
