Horrible experience Jennifer the manager was extremely rude. Kept asking the same question again and again. Kept discriminating me about having insurance kept telling her I don't have insurance and I wanted to pay out of pocket. She kept asking me for insurance website clearly says we can pay out of pocket. She kept saying same thing again and again that they need insurance. Did not know about blood sugar fasts. Misguided me about taking the test. Her information was wrong and she did not have understanding about fasting for blood sugar which was told by my doctor. She kept saying what she says is right. Had to run out. Other centres have fantastic customer care. Medical misguidance can be very dangerous. Avoid this centre.

Went with an ankle injury. Got put in a room sat there for over an hour just to be told there is no xray tech. Total waste of my time

Very rapid response. The PA we saw was so nice and took her time with my 11 year old. A very positive experience. I would have waited forever in the ER.

It's not the employees in the back that are rude, it's the front receptionists. They are young and inexperienced in customer service.
If it's your 1st time there yes, after that I made appts on line and just virtually checked in. They didn't ask for id or insurance card.

Yes they take walk-ins when you get there the one on Military Road it looks like it's closed and when you walk in there's nobody in there but the doctor and nurses the first time you go takes a little time because you have to give them your information. But if you go to the next time you're in and out in less than 30 minutes no matter what the case maybe there's no waiting there's nobody there waiting in line you see the doctor instantly I've been there a few times I don't think I was there more than a half hour 45 minutes at the most very clean and professional place I would never ever wait at an ER waiting room again. I do the exact same thing as an ER emergency room at a hospital does the only thing they don't do is blood work. This place is a 10 star in my book.

I'm not a physician but sounds like something for the ER. They can do x-rays there if needed and blood work, which I don't believe 5 Star can.
