This is by far the worst drs office I’ve ever been to every time I went there my scripts would never get sent to the pharmacy and I would call the office and nobody could ever help with anything and I left the office and they wouldn’t write my scripts for a month so I could find a new provider I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and it is so dirty everywhere in the office

I was seeing yesterday by a very professional person I believe her name is Michelle and in the whole time I've been a patient she finally looked inside of my ears no one has ever done that she was very professional very concerning she explained everything to me and I felt good with her I would like her to be my caregiver from now on please the person that took care of me on August 1st at 3:00 was my appointment I would like her to be my caregiver for now on thank you I appreciate you I really do

I like Urban family planning Jefferson location.The staff is amazing,Dr.Perry has been a huge success for our community. I recommend anyone to visit or become a patient there. 1 -10 1 being worst and 10 being the best I would give this location a 10+. Thank you all for your service.
I am also a patient who is tired of the ridiculously long wait times...also this is the only doctor i have ever had that closes at five and there is NO doctor on call and NOONE even calls back.. I am looking for a new PCP..
