Would not recommend this office to anyone the phone operators are very unprofessional. My Dr left and instead of letting the patients know, they lie and say they sent letters and then hang up they do not schedule you with another Dr they literally simply hang up smh and the supervisor doesn't call back and the whole time I was a patient there I had to go to urgent care multiple times anyway. When I had an ear infection the operator got nasty talking about "how would I know its an ear infection" crazy part was I had already been to the ER because I couldn't get an appointment in the first place. I was simply trying to make a fallow up and she was very rude and unprofessional as usual.

Based on my own personal experience I would not recommend this doctors office to anybody. If you are looking to establish care I would advise you to look some where else. My experience at Dr Baez's office has been nothing short of EXHAUSTING. Let's start with poor communication with patient, staff members, and the ordering of incorrect labs to name a few. I've communicated my problems with them, but staff is very dismissive. Patient satisfaction does not seem to be a priority here. I just want to express how I wish I would've gone with another provider. I'm just thankful I'm not someone who has to go to the Doctors office often. On a positive note building is nice....
