We tried two of the hot ramen - the Sapporo and the sesame ones (because both are not spicy). They were great. We liked the sesame one a little bit more. Love that the broth wasn’t too salty.

We went in a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. We had like 5 items of the menu. Everything was very flavorful and delicious. I had the Tokyo masala: I thought the portion was decent for the price, especially given that it was located in the heart of Newbury street. The ramen noodles were chewy, and had soaked up the umami flavors of the broth. I enjoyed that the broth was lighter than the fatty traditional pork broth noodles. The corn added a nice crunchy texture and a bit of sweetness. It was the right amount of spicy and you could get a side of spicy sauce to add to the broth. Atmosphere: - It is a pretty small store with limited seating. I visited on Friday night and it was quite crowded. - Water is self serve. - The brightly painted wall, the colorful menu, and the fast pace of the restaurant gives it a very hip vibe. Service: - You order at the counter, and can eat at the table or take it to go. The cashiers were friendly, and service was quick.

Best vegan food I’ve ever had. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the flavor of the broth was fantastic. The service was friendly and fast as well. I went with the “masterpiece” ramen and it was delicious! Sorry for the bad picture, I just jumped right into it. The plating was great

This ramen place has toppings that are atypical for the most part, but they all add to the ramen really well! The broth is also really creamy, seasoned just enough, 고소, and the noodles are cooked well so it complement the broth well. I was worried about the spinach tasting too tannin but the richness of the broth covers that. The noodle that they used today were kale noodles, but I personally found it pleasantly surprising that it was different than a a typical noodles, BUT this is just something they had today due to some issues on their end. I also got the yuzu cola, and I appreciate that the flavor is strong. Added bonus of paper straw too BUT it did get crumpled up very quickly. The service is also great! They recommend based on your preferences and is proactive in explaining how it works if you're here for the first time. Per suggestion, I added chili oil on mine because I didn't feel like having a spicy one but still wanted some kick. If you want a ramen place that is different, I would recommend here! I'll be coming back again for sure.
