If you are wanting dumpers servers do NOT use Republic. We are going on 6 weeks of not being dumped. We have been calling every other day for 3 weeks. We have been told we would be getting a phone call from the people in the Warrensburg office and still not one call. At this point if our dumpster is not dumped we will be loading it up and delivering it back to them. Absolutely ridiculous.

Consistently missing our apartment complex dumpster and letting it overflow. Not to mention they stole our bigger dumpster and replaced it with a smaller one which only compounds the issue. As far as customer service goes, it has none.

one star really is being kind. How is it that these guys get to come up to the side of my house, take MY trash can, and then want me to pay to replace it??? That container was mine, I paid for it from Heartland Waste and they had no business coming to get it. I absolutely hate this company!! I cancelled my service today and will be going to a local provider.

Republic Services sucks at trash service
If you pay they still won't pick up your trash!!! They sure are making a lot of money off people they aren't servicing!!!
We recently had a similar issue. our bill was normally deducted automatically and that ceased to happen when Reublic took over. We went to their office and took care of the problem. They may be having to deal with more paperwork issues like that? Maybe call them and see if they can tell you of they know what the problem is so they can get it resolved as soon as possible?
